How to massage rose oil on face

Posted on November 06, 2013 | 2 comments

The products you will need are Carrier Oil or Oil blend and Rose Oil. In this case I'm using Beauty Oil Blend and Bulgarian Rose Damascena Organic Oil (hand-picked).

You add approximately 15 drops of Rose Damascena Organic Oil in the Beauty Oil Blend. Mix well and with the help of your fingertips spread on the face with gentle pats. From the bottom up with gentle massaging motions on the décolletage, neck and face, the skin “awakens”. Again with soft pats the quenched skin absorbs even better the Organic Rose Oil. The massage is better to be no longer than 5 minutes. The magical combination of Rose Otto and Beauty Oil Blend nourishes the skin quickly and permanently. It becomes pliant, radiant, soft like silk, refreshed and moisturized. Bulgarian Rose Oil makes the skin healthy, beautiful and helps weak capillary, as it fills in and decreases flushing. Rosa Damascena gives the skin a youthful look.

I would recommend you to treat your skin with this massage at least two times a week.

As the décolletage, neck and face can enjoy the priceless properties of Bulgarian Rose oil, your body will thank you as well if you quench its thirst with this great magical cocktail.y

Needed products: Rose Petals, Lavender blooms, Rose Oil/Rose Absolute and hot water.

I use Bulgarian Rosa Damascena Organic Dry Petals, Bulgarian Lavender Organic Dry Flowers, Bulgarian Rosa Damascena Organic Oil/Bulgarian Rosa Damascena Organic Absolute.

Put Lavender and Rose dry flowers in a wide bowl, drip on them approximately 15 drops of Rose Otto or Rose Absolute, and in the end pour hot water on them. Put your face above the steaming water and cover your head with a towel, so that the steam can’t escape. Stay like that around 10 minutes. It is important for you to know that before the procedure your face is make-up free and clean.

After this procedure the pores of the face are well cleaned and the skin can breathe better. A well cleaned skin absorbs, the products you will later put on, better.

The combination of Lavender and Rosa Damascena makes the ski of the face glow and gives it a youthful look. The inhalation of this magnificent cocktail of essences helps with migraines, vertigo, faintness and depression. Cures colds, coughs and flu. After this inhalation people feel energized, tension and worry fade.

I strongly recommend this Natural steam bath with rose petals and lavender bloom at least once a week.

Seducing lips with rose oil massage

Posted on September 30, 2013 | 1 comment

Needed products: Rose Oil and preferably organic honey. In this case I use Bulgarian Rosa Damascena Organic Oil (Otto) and natural honey.

In a small bowl comfortable for mixing you put one teaspoon honey, add 5 drops of Rose Otto. Mix well and then with soft circular and patting motions, you gently massage the lips. This massage helps for the vascularity and irrigation of the lips. This way their natural rose coloration is preserved.

The massage is good to be done at least twice a week.

I remember an old Bulgarian method for the right consummation of Rose Oil that I would like to share with you. On one teaspoon of honey you drip one drop of Rosa Damascena Oil and take that once a day (best in the morning on an empty stomach, after you have drank one glass of hot water). Bulgarian Rose Oil is very useful for the organism; it soothes and harmonizes the mind, helps with depression, anger, grief, fear, nervous tension and stress. Improves sexuality, self-confidence and dealing with emotional problems. Organic Rose Oil is an excellent remedy when dealing with bad circulation and heart problems, as well as with heart palpitations and arrhythmia. Rose Oil also helps when having high blood pressure and is also used for stimulating the liver and the gallbladder. Rose Oil helps the lungs in case of asthma, cough and colds. It clears the liver and soothes nausea.

How to make rose tea

Posted on August 13, 2013 | 0 comments

Needed products: Rose Petals, a different tea (of your liking) and honey.

In this case I use Bulgarian Organic Rose Petals, Lavender tea(because I love it) and natural apian honey.

When the water in the cattle boils you put Rose Petals and one or more types of tea of your choice, then close the cattle and let it brew for at least 5 minutes. You pour it a cup and add honey, to your taste. Don’t be surprised by the fact that because of the brewing the Rose Petals will become white.

I would like to warn you that if you overdo the consummation of Rose Petals Tea, there is a high chance that it will act as a laxative, but when in reasonable quantities there is no such danger.

The delicate Rose Petals Tea is very useful for the organism because it contains vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, B12 and K. Except vitamins in them there are also a large number of useful elements from the Periodic table. The Calcium reduces the exchange of substances, helps the assimilation of the nutritional substances in the organism and increases durability against infection. The Potassium regulates the heart activity. It also contains copper, which participates in the vascularity and improves the work of the endocrine glands. The Iodine is beneficial to the thyroid gland. The Iron is necessary for the production of hemoglobin. The Magnesium is efficient vasodilator and antispasmodic and the Selenium slows the aging of the cells. The Zink is necessary for the normal growth of the hair and nails, for the restoration of tissue and for the correct assimilation of the vitamins from group B. The Manganese participates in the protein and energy exchange of the substances, activates many ferments. Thanks to the Chromium the carbohydrates convert into glucose. The Molybdenum prevents anemia. The Silicon is an important part of the connective tissue, and on the Vanadium depends the strength of the bones and teeth.  Not only that but it also prevents the formation of cholesterol.
